Most of you have seen or at least heard about Two Tip Tuesday. This is the weekly video show I put out every Tuesday at 6:00pm Eastern. Whether rain or shine or snow and regardless of whether I feel like it or not, I try to bring you tips that I have uncovered, discovered, or just need to get out of my head.
But how did it start?
I was talking among some fellow Georgia Bushcrafters and giving some suggestions on a project. The response was, “how did you know that?”. My reaction was simple, “I just know things and some I don’t remember where I got them”.
After this happened a few times, the words of encouragement came in regards to writing a book, adding it to the blog, or making it a part of the YouTube channel. I debated this for several weeks and the encouragement from friends and family continued to flow in. I kept silent but others were, shall we say, unrelenting.
To that end, the YouTube channel started growing and the rest, as they say, is history.
Here we are, ONE YEAR LATER, and I keep emptying my brain to provide more and more videos. Mix Two Tip Tuesday with the primitive skills I am recalling and the subjects are becoming endless.
The other side of the coin is this though, what happens a year from now? I make no predictions but the plan is to have moved out of the city after purchasing a sizable piece of land to start expanding again. This means more outings, more skills, and more adventures and YOU get to join me.
I could not have done this without the encouragement of others. It also is exciting for me to see the responses back on each of the videos. It gives me a chance to interact with folks that otherwise I would never have met. Please continue to comment and do not hesitate to share videos or posts with anyone and everyone.
